Revegetation Efforts
Our team has already conducted successful direct seedings and planting, with a diverse range of species beginning to flourish. However, there's more work to be done! It's a fantastic opportunity to learn about the complexities of ecological restoration, preservation techniques, and the importance of revitalizing native ecosystems in urbanized communities.
Get Involved
This event will also give you the chance to observe native species returning to the meadow, as they find a revitalized habitat to call home. Join fellow environment enthusiasts and volunteers in what promises to be a rewarding and educational experience.
When you volunteer with us, please remember:
Wear long, sturdy pants for comfort and safety
Wear a long-sleeve shirt for protection
Bring sunscreen and a sunhat
Wear hiking shoes or boots for safety. No flip-flops or sandals allowed
Bring plenty of water and snacks for the day
Make sure to sign all required waivers before arrival
